We often refer to the DiVino experience – but what does it mean?

From the very beginning, our wine bar has been built on the concept of proving a unique experience not only in taste but also in service. Besides the special wines and the extraordinary items, the atmosphere is also crucial to make the final look complete.

Therefore, we have gathered the essential informations that will help make the evenings we spend together unforgettable.

Reservation cancellation or modification

We understand if you are late and there is no problem with that, but we ask you to late us know! We can only hold the reserved table for up to 15 minutes if you are running late – however if you don't inform us in advance about your delay, we'll have to give your table to another waiting guest.

If you expect that you will not arrive on time, or there will be less/more people than the number of reservations, please let us know in advance on the phone number below and we will certainly find a solution for you to enjoy your evening with us!

Dress Code

Our bar comes with a dress code indeed, the keyword: smart casual.

For children

We adore the little ones! But please leave children under 18 in the care of someone else after 22:00 and have enjoy your night without them!

Pets

Our bar welcomes your four-legged pets as much as we welcome you! However, we advise you to come with your dog in the late afternoon, as it gets very busy in the evening.

Smoking

Unfortunately, in the indoor area you are not allowed to use IQOS or any other electric cigarettes, as we are non-smoking place. During the winter season if you want to have a cigarette, you can use the ashtrays on the terrace in front of our wine bar. During summer you can smoke on our entire terrace!

Cake

We are delighted to have you celebrate with us! If you would like to enjoy it with a cake, we can make that happen, but please be aware of the following. We can only store the cake on the day of reservation. In addition, it is important that you need to bring the receipt and the proof of origin of the cake with you, as we can only accept cakes made in a bakery.

Drinks from external sources

Our wine list and drink selection are so wide – we are certain you will find everything you can imagine. This means that you are not allowed to drink your own beverages bought elsewhere in our wine bar.

Splitting the bill

If you let us know in advance – at the moment of booking or at latest on arrival – we can arrange splitting the bill for smaller table groups. Unfortunately, in case of full house or table with large number of guests, we are not able to accommodate this request despite our best efforts. Thank you for your understanding!
